Ukraine: agricultural commodities production down in January-April 2017

In January-April the production volumes of agricultural commodities in Ukraine decreased by 0.3% YoY, the State Statistics Service of Ukraine reported.

In particular, agricultural enterprises lowered the production indices by 0.6%, while households of the population increased them by 0.1%.

Belarus: GDP up in January-April 2017

According to initial estimates, in January-March Belarus’ gross domestic product totaled Br30.6 billion, up by 0.5% in comparable prices as against the same period a year earlier, the National Statistics Committee of Belarus reported.
