Russia: grain export supplies from the seaports up in early September 2016

In August 29 – September 4, export volumes of grains from the Russian seaports reached 637.1 thousand tons, against 203.1 thousand tons shipped in the previous week.

In particular, wheat shipments totaled 595.2 thousand tons, barley – 26.7 thousand tons, and peas – 15.2 thousand tons. (APK-Inform/Business World Magazine)

Belarus: farmers to sow 360 thousand ha of winter rapeseed

Belarus finished rapeseed sowing for 2017 harvest. According to Belarus AgMin farmers will increase rapeseed sowing area to 360 thousand ha.
