The Railway of Moldova State Enterprise (CFM) on October 20 informed about the holding of an open auction on the lease of 30 real estate unused in the technological process.
According to CFM, the assets are exposed in 30 consignments.
“The initial price of exposing of each consignment (real estate) represents the quantum of the annual rent of the real estate, including the value added tax (VAT),” it said.
The real estate put to auction is situated in Chisinau, Balti, Comrat, Vadul lui Voda, Ungheni, Soldanesti and Basarabeasca.
