Members of the interdepartmental commission in a month should find out the reasons for the loss and low profitability of state-owned enterprises, Vice Prime Minister Zhenish Razakov said at a meeting on optimization of state property management, the information department of the Kyrgyz government reported.
“The state represented by the State Property Management Fund participates in 58 joint-stock companies and 164 state enterprises. At the same time, the analysis of the work of enterprises indicates that many of them are ineffective. A significant part of state enterprises is unprofitable,” he said.
The results of the work of the interdepartmental commission will be submitted to the government of the Kyrgyz Republic for consideration. (24.kg/Business World Magazine)
