Aiyl Bank issued loans in the amount of 90 million soms to 190 farmers, Chairman of the Board of Aiyl Bank OJSC Murat Akimov said today at a meeting of Onuguu-Progress faction.
However, the parliamentarians said that not all farmers could take loans. According to the deputy Tazabek Ikramov, his friend couldn’t get the money.
“The loan system is so complex that usual farmers can’t get it. Maybe it’s someone you know and those who fulfill your request can take the credit”, Ikramov said.
The MP demanded a bank representative to answer, how many credits were allocated to farmers.
According to Murat Akimov, 79 out of 90 million soms of credits were allocated for agriculture, and 1 million – for the processing of raw materials.
“Currently, the bank has 11,000 applications from farmers on the allocation of credit in the amount of 6 million soms for consideration, but Aiyl Bank can’t allocate such a sum”, Akimov replied. (24.kg/Business World Magazine)
