On August 10, Vahan Kostanyan, acting deputy foreign minister of Armenia, met with Khush Choksy, senior vice president for international member relations and the Middle East, Turkey and Central Asia at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, to discuss prospects for further deepening Armenia-U.S. economic cooperation.
They discussed prospects for institutionalizing relations in agriculture, energy and information technology.
The parties hlighted the progress achieved in Armenia-U.S. bilateral relations in recent years. They also emphasized the importance of putting agreements reached at the highest level into practice. (Pan.am)
