According to the Statistics Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, farms of all types held 13.12 MMT of cereals and pulses as of February 1, up by 12.1% YoY.
Wheat inventories increased by 8.4% YoY, to 10.75 MMT, including 8.73 MMT of milling wheat, 596.1 KMT of feed wheat and 1419.1 KMT of wheat for seed.
Barley stocks totaled 1419.9 KMT, up by 26.5% YoY, while corn reserves amounted to 127.1 KMT, those of rice to 239.8 KMT, rye to 28.5 KMT, oats to 200.7 KMT, buckwheat to 51.2 KMT, and millet to 34.8 KMT. (UkrAgroConsult/Business World Magazine)
