Belarus has imposed a temporary restriction on the import of live poultry and hatching eggs from Tatarstan due to the outbreak of avian flu.
A temporary restriction on the import of products from Tatarstan to Belarus has been introduced from May 17. It applies to live birds, hatching eggs, wild, zoo and circus susceptible animals, poultry meat, egg powder, melange, albumin and other food-products, chicken eggs, fluff and feather, feed and feed additives from birds, feed and feed additives of vegetable origin, hunting trophies and equipment for the transportation of poultry products, contents, slaughter and cutting of birds.
