Compared with 2015, the number of complaints about the public procurement process in Kyrgyzstan increased by 40%, the MP Ulan Primov said.
According to him, the Accounting Chamber reveals most of the shortcomings in the regional departments of capital construction. MP is sure that the growth in complaints of public procurement suggests an increase in corruption component.
“Most of the complaints about procurement come from the state budget institutions and organizations”, Finance Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev said.
Director of the Department of Public Procurement Ulan Danikeev noted that 2-3 complaints were filed almost every tender now. (24.kg/Business World Magazine)
