Business will be able to purchase 18 more types of machinery and equipment of Ukrainian manufacturers with 15% compensation. At a meeting on July 1, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine expanded the list of products available under the partial compensation program within the framework of the “Made in Ukraine” producer development policy.
The decision makes changes to the “Procedure for the implementation of a pilot project on partial compensation for the cost of machinery and equipment of domestic production”.
“We are expanding the program to meet the practical needs of business and utility companies. After updating the list, companies will be able to purchase more machinery for utility, road, construction and production works with 15% compensation. For buyers, this reduces the cost of updating machinery and equipment, and for manufacturers, it creates additional demand for Ukrainian machine-building products,” said Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine Vitaliy Kindrativ.
The government has added 18 new types of machinery and equipment from Ukrainian manufacturers to the program, which can be purchased with a 15% compensation for the cost excluding VAT:
– Vans based on the chassis of trucks and special vehicles, including emergency repair, shift, service and mobile for providing services;
– Dump trucks on the chassis;
– Mobile wagon-houses on the chassis;
– Aerial platforms;
– Road combination vehicles;
– Flatbed trucks;
– Flatbed trucks with a crane-manipulator;
– Sweeping and cleaning vehicles;
– Water-washing machines;
– Municipal cleaning machines, including vacuum, sewer cleaning, sludge suction and combined;
– Pothole repair installations;
– Heating and polymerization furnaces;
– Industrial filtering installations with a capacity of up to 60,000 cubic meters per hour;
– Grinding tables;
– Lines for the production of metal fiber;
– Installations and automatic lines for applying galvanic coating;
– Industrial ventilation installations;
– Welding equipment.
The changes also make the compensation mechanism more flexible. The contractual price of equipment or equipment may differ from the estimated price in the list within 15% if the manufacturer has changed the costs of components, materials, energy resources, labor, production or sales.
In total, during the program, from November 2024 to May 2026, 237 enterprises purchased 519 units of equipment and equipment of Ukrainian manufacturers for almost UAH 1.5 billion. The total amount of compensation amounted to UAH 180.8 million.
Currently, the list of machinery and equipment, 15% of the cost of which is compensated by the state, includes 1,354 technical items from 50 Ukrainian machine-building enterprises. (Economy Ministry)
