Over the past week, entrepreneurs issued 765 new loans for UAH 3.2 billion under the “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%” program, a part of the “Made in Ukraine” manufacturer development policy.
The largest increase in the amount of loans issued fell on businesses in high military risk zones – plus UAH 1 billion 134 million per week. This is 35.5% of all new loans issued under the program during this period.
In total, since the beginning of 2026, businesses have attracted 26,5 thousand loans for UAH 118 billion within the program. The largest lending volumes:
– Business in high military risk zones – UAH 40.5 billion;
– Processing enterprises – UAH 30.6 billion;
– Investment projects – UAH 19 billion.
Also in 2026, business issued 917 energy loans at 0% for UAH 1.33 billion. Such loans of up to UAH 10 million for a term of up to 3 years were introduced by the government at the beginning of the year for the purchase of cogeneration units, generators and other energy equipment. At the same time, the Government increased the maximum amount of an investment loan for energy needs to UAH 250 million for the construction of new generation by winter.
In addition, from July 1, a separate program for the restoration of destroyed or damaged property began to operate within 5-7-9%. The rate on such loans is 0.1% for the first two years, the maximum amount is up to UAH 150 million. In the future, it will be 5%, 7% or 9% depending on the business segment and the creation of new jobs.
Since the start of the program in February 2020, businesses have attracted 161.5 thousand loans for UAH 580 billion. Of these, 126.6 thousand loans for UAH 490.45 billion were attracted during martial law.
The largest volumes of lending were attracted by enterprises in the agricultural sector, wholesale and retail trade, and processing industry. (Economy Ministry)
