In November 1 square meter in one-room apartments cost EUR 545 to EUR 614 in Botanica, EUR 568 to EUR 582 in Buiucani, EUR 633 to EUR 653 in Centru, EUR 498 to EUR 600 in Ciocani and EUR 573 to EUR 605 in Riscani. 1 square meter in two-room apartments was offered at EUR 499 to 583 in Botanica, EUR 538 to 565 in Buiucani, EUR 569 to 613 in Centru, EUR 473 to 570 in Ciocani, EUR 524 to 580 in Riscani. 1 square meter in three-room apartments cost EUR 475 to 499 in Botanica, EUR 485 to 490 in Buiucani, EUR 489 to 554 in Centru, EUR 417 to 500 in Ciocani, EUR 471 to 546 in Riscani. 1 square meter in four-room apartments was sold at EUR 448 to 465 in Botanica, EUR 442 to 455 in Buiucani, EUR 448 to 512 in Centru, EUR 399 to 478 in Ciocani, EUR 453 to 525 in Riscani.
