The number of trolleybuses moving on the streets of Chisinau has been cut for the summer period.
The director of the Chisinau Electric transport Administration (RTEC), Dorin Ciornii, said that the number of trolleybuses moving in the capital was decreased from 332 to 297, given the poor flow of passengers in this period.
Also, the RTEC leadership noted that 128 out of all trolleybuses moving in summer were endowed with air conditioning systems, which could be differentiated from other transport means by the transfer pictures placed at three entrances of trolleybuses.
As many as 434 trolleybuses are in the records of the enterprise’s park. (Moldpres/Business World Magazine)
