The Agency for State Asset Management (SAMA) of Uzbekistan has announced the sale of twenty state-owned gas stations, service and other real estate objects. All lots are available for purchase on the electronic trading platform E-Ijro Auksion.
Eight available gas filling compressor stations have licenses to sell compressed natural gas.
“If the buyer meets the requirements of the license, this document will be issued in his name in accordance with the established procedure”, SAMA said in a statement.
A compressed gas station located in the Rishtan district of Ferghana region with a starting price of $342,000 and a vehicle service center in Nukus at a starting price of $400,000 are among a few objects to be auctioned.
Investors are also offered existing and under construction gas stations and service centers located in the Kagan district of the Bukhara region, the city of Karshi of the Kashkadarya region, the city of Navoi and Karmana district of the Navoi region, the Akhangaran district of the Tashkent region, the city of Nukus of the Republic of Karakalpakstan and the city of Urgench of the Khorezm region.
According to SAMA, if payments are made in full within one month, a discount equal to the Central Bank’s annual refinancing rate is granted.
