The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan sold 169 kg of gold in measured ingots for 468 million soms, the Chairman of the NB KR Tolkunbek Abdygulov said at the parliament session.
According to him, these ingots have never been ordered from foreign countries. Kyrgyzaltyn produces them.
The project for the sale of gold bars was launched by the National Bank in May 2015.
Tolkunbek Abdygulov added that on average three collectible coins for large anniversaries were produced annually. (24.kg/Business World Magazine)
