Kyrgyzstan will be able to negotiate directly with Russian defense enterprises on the supply of arms, the presidential aide on the military-technical cooperation Vladimir Kozhin said.
According to him, both countries plan to sign an agreement on the development of military-technical cooperation within the framework of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO).
