Kyrgyzstan will be able to negotiate directly with Russian defense enterprises on the supply of arms, the presidential aide on the military-technical cooperation Vladimir Kozhin said.
According to him, both countries plan to sign an agreement on the development of military-technical cooperation within the framework of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO). Russia has already signed such agreements with other CSTO partners – Belarus, Kazakhstan and Armenia. (24.kg/Business World Magazine)
