In January-December 2016 Vladivostok Sea Fishing Port (Vladmorrybport OJSC) handled 327,000 tons of fish cargo (up by 6.3% YoY)
Transshipment of containers totaled 142,364 TEUs (+10.3%); metal scrap – 376,700 tons (+30.3%); dry bulk cargo – 926,200 tons (+51.6%).
Over the year the port handled 781 vessels (including 210 vessels with fish and supplies) and 42,107 wagons (+55.5%).
Vladivostok Sea Fishing Port is a multi-purpose reloading complex on the southern coast of the nonfreezing Zolotoi Rog Bay. The quay line of 10 berths, which is 2,020 m long, 9 km of railway lines and 3 locomotives enable the company to handle 71 wagons per day. Transshipment of fish products, that is a key activity of Vladivostok Sea Fishing Port surged over 2-fold in 2015 – to 307,500 tons. (Portnews/Business World Magazine)
