The next auction on state property privatization will be held on December 13, the State Property Issues Committee of Azerbaijan said in a message.
The auction will take place at the center for holding auctions of the State Property Issues Committee of Azerbaijan.
As many as 101 state property facilities will be put up for the auction: 23 joint stock companies, 43 small enterprises and facilities, 19 unused non-residential areas and 16 vehicles, the message said.
Most of 43 small facilities of state property will be put up for privatization together with the land plot they are located on, according to the message.
These enterprises and facilities are located in the cities of Baku, Ganja, Shaki and Sumqayit, as well as Shirvan, Sabirabad, Shamkir, Zaqatala and other districts of Azerbaijan.
Ganja Cotton Mill LLC with a total area of 44,600 square meters together with its land plot is the most expensive small state enterprise to be put up for the auction. Its cost is 5.24 million manats.
The state property to be put up for privatization in Azerbaijan comprises 30-45-percent stakes in joint stock companies. The activity of these companies covers the areas of construction, repair, industry, transport, processing and others. (Trend/Business World Magazine)
