Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko stated that in 2025 the “Made in Ukraine” policy provided 0.95% of GDP growth.
“The policy of development of Ukrainian manufacturers “Made in Ukraine” provided a tangible result for the economy. According to the calculations of the Ministry of Economy, in 2025 this policy provided 0.95%age points of GDP growth,” Svyrydenko wrote in the Telegram channel.
According to her, the government has united one and a half dozen programs for the development of Ukrainian manufacturers under a single umbrella “Made in Ukraine”: localization, grants for processing enterprises, partial compensation for the cost of Ukrainian machinery and equipment, industrial parks, support for projects with significant investments, export tools, and in 2025, 72 thousand Ukrainian enterprises took advantage of state support.
In particular, the Prime Minister said that: business attracted almost 29 thousand available loans for UAH 88 billion under the 5-7-9% program; hundreds of manufacturers had orders from the state and communities thanks to the localization policy in public procurement; 347 new machines and production lines appeared at Ukrainian manufacturers thanks to grants for processing enterprises; 37 factories were built or were being built in industrial parks as of the end of 2025; projects with significant investments of 154 million euros had been launched – in particular, regarding the launch of an agro-processing enterprise in Cherkasy region and a recreational project in Transcarpathia; farmers had updated their equipment fleet by purchasing 8,460 units of Ukrainian mechanical engineering products for 5.7 billion UAH thanks to the program of partial compensation for the cost of Ukrainian agricultural machinery and equipment; 7,600 families had purchased housing under the affordable mortgage program “eOselia”; communities had purchased 695 Ukraine-made school buses for 2.7 billion UAH; 10,000 Ukrainians had become entrepreneurs, having received microgrants “Vlasna Sprava”; non-raw material exports had been supported in the amount of 10.5 billion UAH.
“Support for Ukrainian producers, in addition to economic growth, also has a direct impact on budget revenues. Over the 11 months of 2025, the processing industry provided 17.9% of tax revenues of the consolidated budget – the most among all sectors. And it demonstrates the highest growth rates in absolute numbers: +69.2 billion UAH compared to the previous year,” she wrote.
Svyrydenko said that in 2026 the government would continue to implement the “Made in Ukraine” policy.
“We are additionally launching insurance against military risks, expanding the “Own Business” program and, for the first time, providing small funds for export promotion – for national stands at international exhibitions. All existing key programs will be continued. About 37 billion UAH are provided for this,” the prime minister added. (Government portal)
