Last week, under the Affordable Loans at 5-7-9% programme, entrepreneurs secured 786 subsidised loans totalling UAH 2.4 billion from authorised banks, including 535 loans worth UAH 1.2 billion from state-owned banks.
Since the start of 2025, entrepreneurs have received 9,367 loans under the at 5-7-9 programme, amounting to UAH 30.1 billion, with 6,018 loans worth UAH 12.1 billion provided by state-owned banks.
Since the introduction of martial law in Ukraine, 79,002 loans worth UAH 306.6 billion have been issued (including 57,880 loans worth UAH 153.9 billion from state-owned banks). As of May 5, these include:
– UAH 40.45 billion for investment purposes;
– UAH 75.32 billion for working capital financing;
– UAH 46.62 billion for agricultural producers;
– UAH 37.07 billion for agricultural product processing;
– UAH 2.37 billion for energy service financing;
– UAH 57.30 billion for anti-war purposes;
– UAH 33.89 billion for lending in high-risk war zones.
Since the programme’s inception, 113,824 loan agreements worth UAH 396.2 billion have been signed, including 78,356 agreements worth UAH 180.5 billion by state-owned banks. (Government portal)
