During January-April, 3393 individual entrepreneurs expressed a desire to open their own business and officially registered a business in Kharkiv.
According to the Main Department of the State Tax Service in the Kharkiv region, 61 individual entrepreneurs chose Kharkiv as a new location for their activities and changed their tax address. As of May 1, the number of individual entrepreneurs in Kharkiv amounted to over 119.9 thousand people.
The Department of Administrative Services and Consumer Market noted that the city council regularly implemented measures to support and develop entrepreneurship. In particular, it partially compensates businesses for interest rates on loans, exempts them from paying local taxes and fees, and provides information support. (Kharkiv City Council)
