In particular, this year, 1,583 Ukrainians have already received loans worth over UAH 2.9 billion. The eOselia programme has changed the focus to the primary housing market, which also provides an incentive for the development of the construction and related industries,” said Andrii Teliupa.
According to him, the 3% discount rate is available to such categories of citizens as military personnel and law enforcement officers, doctors, teachers, scientists and their families. For all other citizens without housing, as well as for combatants, veterans and internally displaced persons, the mortgage rate is 7%.
