Since the launch of the State Programme Affordable Loans 5-7-9%, business entities have received 64,485 loans from authorised banks totalling UAH 208.75 billion, of which 42,964 from public sector banks totalling UAH 91.3 billion (as of June 26).
Over the past week, 361 soft loans totalling UAH 1.7 billion were issued under the programme, including 245 loan agreements worth UAH 0.66 billion concluded by public sector banks.
During the period of martial law in Ukraine, 29,663 loan agreements worth a total of UAH 119.1 billion were concluded under the Affordable Loans at 5-7-9% (including 22,488 loan agreements worth UAH 64.6 billion by public sector banks).
The programme is implemented by the Entrepreneurship Development Fund (EDF). The Government of Ukraine, represented by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, is the sole participant of the SPF and coordinates all aspects of the Fund’s activities.
Under the State Programme Affordable Loans at 5-7-9% the EDF has entered into cooperation agreements with 45 banks. The state continues to make all necessary compensation payments to businesses under loan agreements concluded under the Programme.
In order to optimise the State Programmes Affordable Loans at 5-7-9% and Affordable Financial Leasing at 5-7-9% under martial law, the Government adopted Resolution No. 229 dated March 14 “On Amendments to Certain Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on Providing Financial State Support to Business Entities”.
