On February 14, the State Fiscal Service will conduct checks on taxpayers operating in flower trade and Horeca sector.
The actions are aimed at monitoring how taxpayers comply with the legislation, in order to prevent the non-documentation of transactions through checkout and control equipment.
The monitoring of taxpayers comes in the context of the increase in the demand for these services on the occasion of Valentine’s Day, which leads to an increase in the risk of not declaring all sales in order to reduce the amount of taxes and fees to the budget.
The fiscal authority recommends taxpayers to comply with the legal provisions, and buyers to request a receipt when purchasing flowers. (Moldpres/Business World Magazine)
