The Premier Energy provider informed that it had been officially notified by the Energocom stock company about the existence of a deficit of energy of 284 MWh.
“In this critical situation, because of the deficit of power, in the conditions of the alert state in the electro-energy sector, established by the Commission for Emergency Situations (CSE), the Premier Energy Distribution Operator of the Distribution System can receive the order to limit the consumption up to the volumes covered through contracts, through the disconnection from the network of some categories of consumers, by applying fan-type disconnections from power supply,” it said.
If the order of limiting is received with enough time anticipation, Premier Energy Distribution will inform consumers through its communication channels (webpage, Facebook, Telegram), as well as directly by email, according to its database. Also, the company will send notifications to the local public administrations’ authorities for informing settlements or sectors hit.
“In this context, we reiterate the importance of rationalizing the consumption of energy during the entire day, but especially in the peak hours in the morning, 6:00-10:00, and evening, 18:00-23:00,” Premier Energy added. (Moldpres/Business World Magazine)
