According to the Committee on Statistics of Ministry of National Economy of Kazakhstan, as of November 1, the stocks of grains and pulses increased to 16.511 million tons compared to 15.452 million tons in the previous month, including 3.753 million tons in agricultural organizations.
In particular, as of the beginning of November the total stocks of Kazakh wheat were estimated at 12.636 million tons, including milling wheat at 10.948 million tons, for seeds – 1.048 million tons and for feed – 640 thousand tons.
Also, as of November 1, the stocks of barley amounted to 2.579 million tons, rye – 20.589 thousand tons, oats – 203.3 thousand tons, corn – 352 thousand tons, rice – 444.3 thousand tons, buckwheat – 33.9 thousand tons and millet – 24.2 thousand tons. (APK-Inform/Business World Magazine)
