Georgian airports serviced 4,555,673 passengers in January-October, up by 4% YoY, United Airports of Georgia announced.
In October Tbilisi International Airport serviced 284,442 passengers (-15%), Kutaisi International Airport – 89,232 passengers (+44%), Batumi International Airport – 47,536 passengers (+13%), Queen Tamar Airport in Mestia, Svaneti region – 852 passengers (+5%) and Ambrolauri Airport in Racha region – 222 passengers (+40%).
In January-October Tbilisi International Airport serviced 3,255,965 passengers (-1%), Kutaisi International Airport – 719,324 passengers (+40%), Batumi International Airport – 571,629 passengers (+3%), Queen Tamar Airport – 7,086 passengers (+15%) and Ambrolauri Airport – 1,669 passengers (+17%).
In January-October rural airports (Queen Tamar Airport and Ambrolauri Airport) serviced 8,755 passengers in total, up by 16% YoY. (Agenda/Business World Magazine)
