Last week, Ukrainians received 159 new loans worth UAH 338 million under the eOselia affordable loan program.
Of these, loans at 3% were received by:
– 50 military personnel and representatives of the security sector;
– 29 veterans;
– 10 teachers;
– 9 doctors;
– 2 scientists.
Loans at 7% were received by:
– 34 Ukrainians without their own housing;
– 25 IDPs.
In total, since the beginning of 2026, 5,412 Ukrainians have used the eOselia program and received preferential mortgages worth UAH 10.6 billion.
The largest number of loans under the program was provided in Kyiv region – 49, Kyiv city – 21, Ivano-Frankivsk region – 12.
By type of property: 105 Ukrainians received loans for first-time housing, of which 66 objects were under construction. Another 54 loans were issued for the purchase of housing on the secondary market. (Economy Ministry)
