The Bishkek City Council has approved budget of the capital for 2019.
The draft budget of Bishkek for 2019 provides for total expenses in the amount of 8,430,022.5 billion soms.
At least 807,090 million soms are provided for capital investments. These funds will be spent on the construction of social facilities, completion of the engineering network and funds for the city budget share participation in the construction of residential buildings, as well as reconstruction of roads.
The members of the council had a number of questions to the conclusion of the relevant commission on budget and finance, as well as to the first vice mayor Almaz Baketaev, but after long discussions, they adopted the budget. Only one council members abstained. (24.kg/Business World Magazine)
