Revenues of the Kherson region’s consolidated budget in 2018 grew 3-fold compared with 2014, Head of the Kherson Regional State Administration Andriy Hordeyev stated at a meeting of the Regional Development Council.
“Consolidated budget: revenues of the budget grew 3-fold in 2018 compared to 2014. The consolidated budget in the first ten months of 2018 amounted UAH 3.7 billion. It is expected to reach about UAH 4 billion by the end of the year,” Hordeyev said.
He stressed that “this became possible due to the budget decentralization approved by the parliament at the initiative of the President of Ukraine.”
Hordeyev also said that as part of decentralization that was carried out in the region, income growth was recorded in the budgets of all united territorial communities of the region. (Ukrinform/Business World Magazine)
