The state budget for the next year envisages UAH 6 billion from the State Regional Development Fund to implement important projects in the regions of Ukraine, and UAH 1.9 billion of subventions will be used for the development of the infrastructure in united territorial communities, Deputy Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Services Lev Partskhaladze stated.
“This is a real chance to implement important local projects. And we are already accelerating their launch in the regions so that there are no delays and projects could be implemented as soon as in early summer of 2018,” he said.
About 800 projects in the regions for the sum of UAH 3.5 billion have been financed from the State Regional Development Fund in 2017. Over 2,000 projects were implemented for almost UAH 1.5 billion of subventions for the development of the united territorial communities’ infrastructure. (Ukrinform/Business World Magazine)
