“This year we signed a contract for the delivery of various types of clothing to Kyrgyzstan for $2 million,” Anna Dobrykh, representative of the company “Iftkhorki Sanoat”, reported.
According to her, they have been cooperating with Kyrgyz companies for two years.
“At the business forum, we expect to sign more contracts. Agreements and intentions have already been worked out,” the representative of the company said.
She noted that there had been many positive changes in transportation across the border.
“The last two or three years have become better: before that there were misunderstandings, but not anymore,” Anna Dobrykh said.
According to another businessman Abdulkhashim Ismailov, this year they signed a contract for the supply of more than 50 types of footwear to Kyrgyzstan valued at $2.7 million.
“We have been cooperating with Kyrgyz companies in Osh and Batken regions for ten years, and I think that business forums will only improve our relations,” the businessman said. (24.kg/Business World Magazine)
