The European Union will allocate money for the development of agriculture in the regions. Kyrgyzstan requests help to providing drinking water supply, First Deputy Head of the President’s Office Sapar Isakov said.
According to him, during the visit of President Almazbek Atambayev to Germany and Belgium the signing of two financial agreements is expected.
EUR 30 million will be allocated for the modernization of the legislative process. On the program of agriculture – EUR 72 million.
The money will go to the development of seven regions of the country in 7 years. The first tranche will be provided for the Jalal-Abad region.
“The President asked to allocate money for providing clean drinking water to regions. This will be of great benefit to the country,” Sapar Isakov said. (24.kg/Business World Magazine)
