The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) in November sent 14 billion UAH to the national budget, according to a posting about budget revenues as of November 17, posted on the website of the State Treasury Service.
As reported, the NBU Council on October 25, approved of the consolidated report of the central bank for 2015 and redistribution of its profit. This permits to send a part of profit – 38.164 billion UAH – to the national budget.
The NBU decided to send the sum in several tranches to avoid the influence on price stability in the country. The first tranche of 10 billion UAH was sent to the budget in late October. The next tranches are scheduled for November and December in the amount of 14 billion UAH and 14.164 billion UAH respectively. (Interfax/Business World Magazine)
