The Cabinet of Ministers has approved of the terms of attracting credits by business entities that are residents of Ukraine within the program to improve the country’s defense capability and security under state guarantees for a period of not less than 3 years and under not more than 19% per annum.
According to cabinet resolution No.779 dated October 26, the text of which has been posted on the official website of the government, loans are raised under the following conditions: the interest rate does not exceed 19% per annum in the national currency, a period of the loan is not less than 36 months.
Draft credit agreements are agreed by customers under the request of a business entity that provides the customer with the corresponding draft loan agreement and the feasibility study.
The customer within five working days after receipt of the request informs the company on the coordination of the draft credit agreement or refusal.
The customer can refuse the approval of the draft loan agreement if the document does not correspond to the terms established, providing non-reliable information. (Interfax/Business World Magazine)
