Over the past week, entrepreneurs issued 913 new loans for UAH 4.0 billion within the framework of the state initiative “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%”. The program is a component of the “Made in Ukraine” manufacturer development policy.
The largest increase in the amount of loans issued fell on businesses in high military risk zones – plus UAH 1.3 billion per week. This is 32.4% of all new loans issued under the program during this period.
In total, since the beginning of 2026, businesses have attracted 15,500 loans worth UAH 67.7 billion under the program. The largest volumes of lending are:
– Enterprises in high military risk zones – UAH 22.8 billion;
– Processing industry – UAH 18.5 billion;
– Investment projects – UAH 10.4 billion.
Since the start of the program in February 2020, entrepreneurs have received more than 150,000 loans worth UAH 527.7 billion. Of these, 115,200 loans worth UAH 438.1 billion were received during martial law.
The top ten leaders in terms of the number of loans taken include four regions belonging to high military risk zones: Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Kyiv, and Kharkiv regions.
The largest volumes of lending were attracted by enterprises in the agricultural sector, wholesale and retail trade, and processing industry. (Economy Ministry)
