The algorithm of actions and state programs that allow for the prompt restoration of the work of enterprises in Kyiv and the Kyiv region affected by hostile missile attacks, compensation for losses, and preservation of jobs were presented during a meeting with business.
Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine Taras Vysotsky spoke about three key business support tools.
Grants for the restoration of manufacturing enterprises. Ukrainian manufacturers in the processing industry can receive up to UAH 16 million, and the state covers up to 80% of the project cost.
State program for compensation for losses from war risks. Provides compensation for damaged or destroyed property up to UAH 30 million, as well as partial coverage of war risk insurance costs – up to UAH 3 million.
“Support Point” for enterprises that are forced to temporarily stop work due to shelling. Compensation of part of the salaries of employees and social security contributions during the downtime or relocation of the enterprise is provided.
“A clear algorithm of actions has already been developed for Kyiv and the Kyiv region for enterprises that have suffered as a result of enemy attacks. Our task is for every entrepreneur to know where to turn, how to quickly get help and what state instruments are already working to restore economic activity. The state is ready to support business even in the most difficult conditions,” Taras Vysotsky emphasized.
The Deputy Minister also called on representatives of military administrations to disseminate information about available support programs among businesses as much as possible and to assist enterprises in preparing applications. (Economy Ministry)
