As of October 13, agricultural organizations in Belarus continued harvesting corn for grain and sugar beet, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food declared.
In particular, agrarians harvested 377.6 thousand tons of corn throughout the areas of 47.3 thousand ha (26.7%), with the average yield of 7.99 ton/ha. Last year the grain production volumes totaled 174.4 thousand tons, with the yield of 5.72 ton/ha. (APK-Inform/Business World Magazine)
