Naftogaz Ukrainy projects its net profit for 2016 will amount to 18.355 billion UAH against 34.053 billion UAH of net loss a year earlier, according to a company report for 2015.
The company estimates its profit in the second half of 2016 at 897 million UAH.
Naftogaz expects sales income in 2016 to come to 168.244 billion UAH, which is 28.2% compared to the previous year.
According to the report, gas production by PJSC Ukrgazvydobuvannia in the current year may be reduced by 0.8% YoY, to 14.421 billion cubic meters, by PJSC Ukrnafta – by 25.2%, to 1.124 billion cubic meters.
According to the expectations of the company, gas transportation under the contract with Gazprom over the year will grow by 4.4%, to 70.062 billion cubic meters. (Interfax/Business World Magazine)
