As of September 22, agricultural organizations of Belarus planted winter grain crops throughout 805.8 thousand ha, or 59.9% of the plan, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food declared.
Also, agrarians continued the harvesting campaign. In particular, Belarus harvested 97 thousand tons of corn for grain throughout the areas of 14.4 thousand ha (8.13%). The average yield totaled 6.73 ton/ha.
Agrarians harvested 315.7 thousand tons of rapeseed with the average yield of 1.56 ton/ha. The harvested areas reached 202.3 thousand ha (97.3% of the plan). (APK-Inform/Business World Magazine)
