Belarus is due to hold an auction on September 8, to sell 16 buildings and some other property owned by Rechitsapivo brewery (Gomel region), the State Property Committee of Belarus said in a release.
Rechitsapivo had been a unit of Belarus-based Heineken breweries until Heineken chose to reduce personnel and move all beer and kvass production facilities to Bobruisk in August 2013. Heineken planned to use Rechitsapivo primarily for malt production and as a center for logistics and product distribution. (Prime-TASS/Business World Magazine)
