Electric Stations JSC announced repeated tender for purchase of local coal for the Bishkek thermal power plant.
The company failed to buy Kara-Keche fuel on the first try. Application received from “Kyrgyzkomur” SE was rejected because of violations in the documentation. The consortium members have put fake certificates on absence of debts to the Social Fund, some companies have tax debts.
Bishkek TPP needs 50,000 tons of Tash-Kumyr coal of long-flaming seed with culm grade (worth 137.5 million soms) and 335,500 tons of fuel grade B of Kavak field (922,625 million soms).
The tender for the purchase of Tash-Kumyr fuel hasn’t been announced yet. Power engineers together with the deputies and experts will go to the field to take samples and determine the caloric content of the coal. (24.kg/Business World Magazine)
