Over the past week, within the framework of the state program “Affordable Loans at 5-7-9%,” representatives of micro, small, and medium-sized businesses received 506 preferential loans totaling UAH 1.7 billion from 48 authorized banks, of which 385 loans worth UAH 1.1 billion were issued by banks in the state sector of the economy.
Since the beginning of 2026, entrepreneurs have received 22,062 loans worth UAH 102.9 billion under the “5-7-9%” program, including 14,466 loans worth UAH 46.7 billion from state-sector banks.
During martial law in Ukraine, 122,224 loans worth UAH 475.4 billion have been issued (including 86,736 loans worth UAH 232 billion by state-sector banks), of which, as of July 20:
– UAH 71.33 billion – for investment purposes;
– UAH 89.69 billion – for financing working capital;
– UAH 57.57 billion – loans for agricultural producers;
– UAH 85.59 billion – for processing agricultural products;
– UAH 9.83 billion – for financing energy services;
– UAH 56.80 billion – for anti-war purposes;
– UAH 90.60 billion – lending in high war-risk zones.
Since the launch of the program, a total of 157,046 loan agreements worth UAH 565 billion have been signed, of which 107,212 agreements worth UAH 258.6 billion were concluded by banks in the state sector of the economy. (Government portal)
