Over the past week, within the framework of the state program “Affordable loans 5-7-9%”, representatives of micro, small and medium-sized businesses received 465 preferential loans from 48 authorized banks for a total amount of 1.7 billion UAH, of which 267 loans from state-owned banks for 0.6 billion UAH.
Since the beginning of 2026, under the “5-7-9%” program, entrepreneurs have received 21,556 loans for UAH 101.1 billion, of which from state-owned banks – 14,084 loans for UAH 45.7 billion.
During the martial law period in Ukraine, 121,718 loans for UAH 473.6 billion were issued (including state-owned banks – 86,351 loans for UAH 231 billion), of which as of July 13:
– UAH 70.84 billion – for investment purposes;
– UAH 89.53 billion – for financing working capital;
– UAH 57.49 billion – loans for agricultural producers;
– UAH 85.25 billion – for processing agricultural products;
– UAH 9.77 billion – for financing energy services;
– UAH 56.81 billion – for anti-war purposes;
– UAH 90.02 billion – lending in the zone of high military risk.
In total, since the start of the program, 156,540 loan agreements have been signed for UAH 563.3 billion, of which 106,827 agreements for UAH 257.6 billion were signed by state-owned banks. (Finance Ministry)
