Last week, under the eOselia affordable loan program, Ukrainians received 128 new loans worth almost UAH 215 million.
Of these, loans at 3% were received by:
– 47 military personnel and representatives of the security sector;
– 9 teachers;
– 6 doctors;
– 3 scientists.
Loans at 7% were received by:
– 43 Ukrainians without their own housing;
– 20 IDPs.
In total, since the beginning of 2026, 1,208 Ukrainians have used the eOselia program, receiving preferential mortgages worth UAH 2.46 billion.
The largest number of loans under the program was provided in Kyiv region – 43, Kyiv city – 18, Lviv region – 15.
By type of property: 90 Ukrainians received loans for first-time home sales, of which 41 properties were under construction. Another 38 loans were issued for the purchase of housing on the secondary market. (Economy Ministry)
