The “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%” program remains the main financial instrument for supporting the agricultural sector of Ukraine. As of August 27, 6,864 agricultural enterprises have attracted UAH 46.29 billion under this state program. This shows the high efficiency of preferential financing and the effectiveness of the program in difficult macroeconomic conditions.
The following leading regions have used the “5-7-9%” program most actively:
– Odesa region – UAH 6.14 billion for 817 agricultural enterprises;
– Kyiv region – UAH 4.49 billion for 577 agricultural enterprises;
– Kirovohrad region – UAH 4.26 billion for 817 agricultural enterprises;
– Vinnytsia region – UAH 4.12 billion for 731 agricultural enterprises;
– Kharkiv region – UAH 3.17 billion for 402 agricultural enterprises.
In total, since the beginning of the year, 11,887 agricultural enterprises have attracted more than UAH 105.63 billion in credit resources under all financing programs.
In 2025, 15,574 agricultural enterprises received UAH 131.47 billion in bank loans for development. Under the state program “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%”, 7,978 farms were financed for UAH 53.76 billion. (Agrarian Ministry)
