Over the past week, within the framework of the state program “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%”, representatives of micro, small and medium-sized businesses received 820 preferential loans from authorized banks for a total amount of UAH 2.6 billion, in particular, from state-owned banks – 530 loans for UAH 1 billion.
Since the beginning of 2025, under the “5-7-9%” program, entrepreneurs have received 24,578 loans for UAH 72.4 billion, of which from state-owned banks – 17,080 loans for UAH 35.5 billion.
During the martial law period in Ukraine, 94,213 loans for UAH 348.8 billion were issued (including state-owned banks – 68,942 loans for UAH 177.2 billion), of which as of November 10:
– UAH 52.14 billion – for investment purposes;
– UAH 78.78 billion – for financing working capital;
– UAH 47.83 billion – loans for agricultural producers;
– UAH 50.72 billion – for processing agricultural products;
– UAH 3.50 billion – for financing energy services;
– UAH 56.83 billion – for anti-war purposes;
– UAH 47.13 billion – lending in the zone of high military risk.
Since the start of the program, a total of 129,035 loan agreements have been signed for UAH 438.5 billion, of which 89,418 agreements for UAH 203.9 billion were signed by state-owned banks. (Ministry of Finance)
