Another phase of the “Made in Ukraine” grant program for processing enterprises has selected its winners, with 75 companies receiving a total of UAH 348.1 million in funding.
“The Ministry of Economy has already issued an order to provide grants from the state budget to 15 winners of this phase. Together, they will receive almost UAH 101.6 million in grants,” said Deputy Minister of Economy Andriy Teliupa.
He stated that the winners included both well-established companies and those that were just starting out. In particular, the grants will be awarded to Berehynia, a footwear factory in Chernihiv, Normaizol, a manufacturer of insulation materials, and Losk, a production and commercial company specializing in glass and mirror processing.
Additionally, the grant program has awarded funding to a number of agro-processing companies and manufacturers of construction materials. The applicants requested funding amounts ranging from UAH 2 million to UAH 8 million.
In addition, the State Employment Center will determine the allocation of grants to the remaining winners, with a total value exceeding UAH 246.5 million. (Ukrinform)
