An UAV attack on a power facility in Sumy region resulted in a blackout of several substations and consumers in Sumy and Chernihiv regions. Consumers were partially supplied with power via a backup scheme.
In Chernihiv region, the shelling of an overhead line caused simultaneous power outages in 6 settlements.
In Donetsk region, a high-voltage overhead line was disconnected due to hostilities, which led to a blackout at a substation and the household consumers connected to it. The consumers have been reconnected.
In Odesa region, equipment at a high-voltage substation was shut down due to a technological malfunction. As a result, several substations and the household and industrial consumers connected to them lost power. All of them have been supplied with power.
Due to severe weather conditions, 14 settlements in Chernihiv and Sumy regions lost power supply.
Power engineers supplied power to 14,077 consumers who were cut off as a result of hostilities.
In total, 507 settlements remain without power due to hostilities and technical disruptions. (Government portal)
