Since the launch of privatization auctions via the Prozorro.Sale platform, 6,000 successful auctions have been held, raising more than UAH 17.2 billion.
The press service of JSC Prozorro.Sale announced this on Facebook.
“Over the six years of implementing the small-scale privatization reform, Ukraine has raised more than UAH 17.2 billion from the sale of state and municipal property through Prozorro.Sale online auctions to budgets of various levels,” the statement said.
As noted, 6,000 successful privatization auctions were held over this period.
Most funds – UAH 12.4 billion – were raised at auctions announced by the State Property Fund of Ukraine.
Another UAH 4.7 billion was raised to local budgets through privatization auctions announced by communities.
More than 12,000 bidders competed for the right to purchase state or municipal property, with an average of three bidders per auction. (Ukrinform)
